At Cocina Iris you can book Iris as a hired chef to cook at your home for a private dinner for two or a social evening for 4 to 10 people. It is also possible to book a full day for large celebrations such as weddings, birthdays, christenings, etc. All she needs is a cooker, an oven, a work
surface and a refrigerator for the fresh ingredients.
While hosts and guests enjoy their evening together to the fullest, the kitchen is sizzling and simmering, as dishes are prepared by master craftsmen using exquisite ingredients with a firework of aromas and appetizing dishes.
Book a hired chef for your home - how it works
1. Select a hired chef
You make a non-binding booking enquiry including place, time, number of guests and approximate menu request. You will then receive details of the costs and information on the exact menu.
If you are interested, you can then select the suitable private chef for your event and make a binding booking.
2. Arrange menu & event
We will then discuss the following points:
- Occasion of the meal
- Exact time and meeting point
- Number of persons
- Special meal requests or should the cook suggest the menu?
- Allergies, intolerances or desire for veganem / vegatarian food?
- How is the kitchen equipped?
- Is it necessary to take any equipment with you?
- Iris will then take care of buying the ingredients and, if necessary, prepare parts of the meal the day before.
3. Cooking incl. service
After the welcome, iris takes over the kitchen. He will not only prepare the food, but also take care of the service and serve the dishes to the guests and pour the wine.
During the meal, we will be happy to inform you about the way the Iris prepares the meal and give you an insight into his cooking skills. We also take care of the dishes and leave your kitchen as he found it.
4. Accounting
After the assignment you will receive an invoice which is payable within 7 days.
You can also give a short evaluation to the chef, which is then visible for future customers.
