Iris Biesold learned her trade in Germany and completed her training as a cook. She can look back on many years of professional experience in various kitchens.

She left Germany in 1999, emigrated to Gran Canaria and here too she can look back on many years of professional experience.

Cocina Iris

We introduce you to COCINA IRIS. The company was founded in 2011 by Iris Biesold (trained cook) with the focus on cooking fresh, healthy and seasonal food.

The food is cooked daily and passed on to customers such as Tax advisors, doctors and offices as well as to private households always fresh and not delivered in aluminum packaging.

There is a new menu every week, with constantly changing dishes, as well as a choice between home cooking and vegetarian food. The business branch catering for business lunches, conferences, hospitality, etc. is always used by a wide variety of customers, as it is always individual is discussed with the customer.

We would be happy to convince you of the varied, healthy, seasonal and vitamin-rich diet. Our service is also the flexibility in the production of the food.
